Bridger Pipeline LLC hosted a construction kick-off meeting on Nov. 14, 2019 with its leadership, contractors, and regulation agencies to discuss many aspects of its newest project, the Equality Pipeline.
Tad True, Vice President of Bridger Pipeline, outlined his expectations for the project, stating, “Everyone needs to do their job, get it done on time, on budget, and above all, do it safely. There are no shortcuts here.”
The meeting outlined specific areas of focus, including standard operating procedures for safety, security, compliance, surveying, environmental impacts/limitations, inspection, landowners, and right of ways.
Bridger Pipeline’s Safety Supervisor, Dennis Bowker said, “We have a long-standing relationship with everyone here, and have complete confidence in the job you are going to do.”
Equality Pipeline will add approximately 190 miles of operating pipe to Bridger’s current system that will run from Hulett, WY, to an established hub in Guernsey, WY. Expanding Bridger’s network will give producers an opportunity to grow production in current operating regions and provide access to international markets to further support the US and global economies.
Bridger Pipeline will continue its well-established affiliation with local contractors and will be using American-made steel to complete the expansion. Construction is set to begin in late November and the Equality Pipeline is expected to be in service by late 2021.
